Onboarding’s workspace design reflects the company’s focus on automation processes, requiring a fresh approach to interior design. The aim was to create a flexible environment that caters to computer engineers and their specific needs, breaking away from traditional office layouts.
Onboarding’s workspace design reflects the company’s focus on automation processes, requiring a fresh approach to interior design. The aim was to create a flexible environment that caters to computer engineers and their specific needs, breaking away from traditional office layouts.
The space is anchored by a central multi-functional furniture bench, which serves as a lounge, workstation,
and meeting area, encouraging collaboration and informal gatherings. This concept of versatile spaces extends throughout the office, culminating in the central meeting point. Here, custom-designed tables offer three configuration options, transitioning from a formal meeting table to separate workstations for two teams, supporting a dynamic work style.

Blue, a defining color of the project, was chosen in collaboration with the client to align with the company’s brand identity. To balance the cool tones of blue and white that dominate the design, warmth is introduced through PVC wood paneling in the meeting area, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The majority of the furniture was crafted in Costa Rica, specifically designed for this project, adding a bespoke touch that aligns with the company’s innovative spirit. This tailored approach results in a workspace that feels both functional and thoughtfully designed, accommodating the unique requirements of the team.
