These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website dkdesign-group.com ("the Site") and the relationship between DK Design Studio ("the Firm," "we") and its clients and visitors ("the User"). By accessing or using the Site, the User accepts these terms in full.
1. About the Firm
DK Design Studio is a design firm operating in Costa Rica and Panama, specializing in interior design, architecture, and complete space outfitting, through its divisions DecoKasa, DK Interiors, and DK Arquitectura.
2. Use of the Site
The Site's content is provided for informational purposes regarding the Firm's services. The User agrees to use the Site lawfully, without infringing third-party rights or interfering with its operation.
3. Services
The services described on the Site (interior design, architecture, custom furniture, international procurement, among others) are subject to a specific agreement or proposal between the Firm and the client, which will establish the scope, timelines, budget, and particular conditions of each project. Information published on the Site does not constitute a binding offer or a services contract.
4. International Clients
The Firm serves clients outside Costa Rica and Panama, including remote design services and local project development for international clients. Specific conditions for these services, including legal, tax, and logistical aspects proper to each jurisdiction, will be established in the particular agreement with each client.
5. Payment Methods
The Firm accepts traditional payment methods and cryptocurrency (USDT on ERC20/TRC20 networks). The User acknowledges that cryptocurrency transactions may be subject to volatility, network risks, and regulations specific to their jurisdiction, and that it is the client's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the transaction before completing it. The Firm is not responsible for losses resulting from errors in the sending address, value fluctuations, or blockchain network failures.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, project photography, logos, and designs — is the property of DK Design Studio or is used with proper authorization, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
7. Projects and Photography
Project photography published on the Site corresponds to work carried out by the Firm and its divisions. Unless otherwise agreed with the client, the Firm reserves the right to use images of completed projects for portfolio and promotional purposes, while respecting reasonable client privacy and confidentiality.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is." The Firm does not guarantee that the Site will be free of errors or interruptions, and will not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, except as provided by applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without prejudice to specific provisions that may apply to the Firm's operations in Panama or other jurisdictions where it provides services.
10. Changes
The Firm may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site.
