This ongoing interior design project, located in Villa Real Santana, encompasses 1,200 square meters of carefully crafted living space. It began with the remodeling of the facade and the essential replacement of the entire flooring. The transformation is evident right from the main entrance, where visitors are greeted by a curved ceiling and a bold mural wallpaper that set the tone for the rest of the house.

The living room is a showcase of elegance, featuring high-quality materials and sculptural forms in every element. A highlight of the space is the exquisite camel leather upholstery, imported from Italy, which is paired with locally crafted artisan pieces, blending luxury with a touch of cultural uniqueness. Decokasa’s thoughtful approach to material selection is apparent throughout the residence, favoring natural marble stones and fine woods to create a sense of timelessness.
